How it all works
Thank you for your interest in hosting me for a workshop in your area! What a great fun idea to help your drum and dance community!
Let's put an event on together!

Workshops
During the day, I teach 2 workshops, each 1 hour long.
I have a whole bunch to choose from ranging from beginner to advanced.
Most hosts have charged from $20 to $30 for each workshop with a discount for taking both.
For instance, each workshop can cost $25 with a discount of $40 for taking both.
Anyone taking a workshop would normally get into whatever hafla/performance is going on that night...

Hafla/Performance
This is a great opportunity to get the members of your dance community together to do a hafla or performance.
Many hosts have scheduled (or had a signup) of dancers to perform. I will put together a quick band using the best drum students.
Some hafla/performance formats may be.
  • Dancers dancing to CD music, take a break, followed by a jam of all the drum students with myself on Oud at the end.
  • Dancers dancing to CD, take a break, then dancers to Live Music.
  • Live music as everyone comes in, dancers to CD, live music break, dancers to CD, live music, etc.
